ACCOMMODATION:
The AEP host hotel is The
Sheraton La Jolla, located close to
the UCSD campus and moments away from the Price Center. The
hotel is located 10 miles from San Diego International Airport.
AEP 2009 has managed to secure a limited room
block with a special rate for AEP 2009 attendees. For the
nights of January 25th and 26th 2009 we are pleased to offer
AEP attendees the special rate of $169 (excl tax).
Reservations should be made through the hotel
directly on 1-800-325-3535.
Please quote the group code AEP 2009 when making your reservation
to take advantage of the special rate available.
Academic Event Professional will operate
a complimentary shuttle bus service to AEP 2009 from the Sheraton
La Jolla hotel. Information of which will be distributed to
all registered delegates via email before the conference.
The Sheraton La Jolla Hotel will also be the location of a
pre-conference networking reception on Sunday 25th January
2009.

PARKING:
Parking has been reserved for AEP 2009 attendees on campus at the Gilman Parking Structure, the closest parking lot to the Price Center. We are pleased to offer the preferential rate of $7.00 to AEP attendees which can be paid on arrival.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
The host hotel, the Sheraton La Jolla is located 12 miles from San Diego International Airport; the taxi fare for this journey is approximately $20.00. In addition to this, various shuttle services operate from the airport, for further details please follow the link below.

TRANSPORTATION TO TSE
As UCSD and the Sheraton La Jolla are 26 miles from the San Diego Convention Center we are pleased to offer AEP 2009 attendees transportation to TSE on Tuesday January 27, 2009. The cost of this service is $12.00 and the bus will depart from the Sheraton La Jolla early on the Tuesday, enabling attendees to arrive at TSE in time to register and attend the first educational session.
To register for this transportation please select this option on the registration form, the $12.00 will then be added to your $225.00 registration fee. Full details regarding the departure point and time will be sent to you as the conference approaches.
