will reduce the cost of the Education Package by $75, this
makes attending AEP 2009 just $150 for academic planners also
attending TSE.
$75 discount for Special Event Show attendees:
If you are an attendee of The Special Event Show, $75 of your registration fee for AEP 2009 will be deducted from the cost of your TSE Educational Pack.
Claiming your $75.00 reduction:
To claim your $75.00 reduction to the published price for a Special Event full conference registration, you MUST fax or mail your AEP 2009 confirmation with your completed Special Event registration form, to the following:

$75.00 reduction to the published price for a Special Event full conference registration providing:
- That the attendee registration is verified as an AEP registrant;
- Proof of said verification is provided;
- Said verification is provided and presented with the original Special Event education package registration;
- Said verification will be honored thirty (30) days past event;
- Special Event full education package includes all educational sessions (Tuesday - Friday), CSEP courses, educational proceeding on CD ROM, exhibit hall access for three days and opening general session;
- Promotional offer can not be combined with any other offer; and
- Promotional offer not valid for Group Education Packages, Exhibits Only, Hands on Hundred Work Study Program; Educational Day Passes, Showcasing Events and Luncheons or any other program developed for presentation.

On Thursday, January 29 there will be a ‘Lessons
Learned’ session for academic planners where attendees
from AEP 2009 and other campus planners from The Special Event
Show can recap on their educational and creative experiences
from the show.
This will be immediately followed by the AEP
2009 Networking Cocktail Reception in the Convention Center
where the session attendees can relax and network.
TRANSPORTATION TO TSE
As UCSD and the Sheraton La Jolla are 26 miles from the San Diego Convention Center we are pleased to offer AEP 2009 attendees transportation to TSE on Tuesday January 27, 2009. The cost of this service is $12.00 and the bus will depart from the Sheraton La Jolla early on the Tuesday, enabling attendees to arrive at TSE in time to register and attend the first educational session.
To register for this transportation please select this option on the registration form, the $12.00 will then be added to your $225.00 registration fee. Full details regarding the departure point and time will be sent to you as the conference approaches.
